Return Policy

Refund and Replacement Information
If you are not satisfied with your watch and have the need to return a product you must contact us PRIOR to making the return so we can issue you a Return Authorization Number. This number must be included with your return, as well as printed on the OUTSIDE of the package you are returning. Any returns made without this number will be refused and returned to you postage due, and a refund will not be issued. No matter you would like to refund or replace your watch, only these conditions are allowed to return your watch:

• The product condition must be 100% BRAND NEW – this means that it must never have been worn nor unpacked. This also means that the plastic wrapping around the band of the watches must be intact and not removed.
• Tampered products will not be replaced/refunded. This means that if the watches have been opened up, or otherwise tampered or damaged, the return/refund policy will be considered null and void.
• All return requests must be made within 3 DAYS of receiving the product. And all Approved Returns must be received by us within 10 DAYS of issuing you the "Return Authorization Number".
• Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations. If you are exchanging a watch, we will pay for the shipping charge back to you.
• A 10% restocking fee may be charged to approved returns and exchanges to cover the cost of processing and handling.
• All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for watches damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.  
• The product is subject to final inspection for the above conditions before your return is processed.
• We do not accept return and exchange unless on very special terms.

Product Refund

* Lost packages require a mandatory 30 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
* Products returned for a refund will be subject to a 10% RESTOCKING FEE.
* Refunds if offered will be issued for the 100% total amount of the purchase product only less the transaction fees. We do not offer refunds for any free items received as part of any promotion.
 
Product Replacement
* Products returned due to a "manufacturer defect" will be exchanged.
* Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive.
* Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery.
 
Please Note: All returns will be inspected for compliance to the returns policy. If any of the return requirements are not met, the item will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to you.
If there are any other problems, we will make sure that everything will be negotiated to both parties' content! All inquiries should be sent via e-mail to sales@exactreplicas.net. We will response to you within 24 hours.
